Photography matters enormously for rural products. Natural lighting, outdoor settings that reflect your production environment, and photos that show the scale and quality of your products help buyers understand what they are getting. BarnwellHub provides photography guidelines and, for producers in partner regions, photography support services.

Shipping and Logistics Setup

BarnwellHub integrates with our logistics partner network to provide shipping options optimized for rural origins. Enter your location and product categories during setup, and we will recommend the best logistics options — including our BarnwellHub Hub Network for producers near regional collection points. Refrigerated shipping options are available for perishable products.

Pricing and Payment

BarnwellHub charges a 5% marketplace fee on successful transactions — significantly lower than general e-commerce platforms. Payment is deposited to your linked bank account within 3 business days of delivery confirmation. We provide transaction records and tax documentation to simplify year-end financial management.

Getting Your First Orders

Your first orders will likely come from BarnwellHub's existing buyer community and search traffic. To accelerate early sales: complete all product listings with detailed descriptions and multiple photos; set competitive initial prices and offer introductory discounts; and respond promptly to buyer inquiries.
